About Us
The trend graphs provide a clear picture of business financial health at a glance. They show whether profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet ratios are trending up or down, and they surface early warning signs such as shrinking margins or cash flow pressure, so owners can act before a problem becomes a crisis. It is cash flow management and financial tracking built for people who run businesses, not for accountants alone.
Our Story
Financially Fit Business was founded by Ruth King, who has been analyzing financial statements and teaching business owners how to read them since 1987. Ruth holds an MBA in finance from Georgia State University and is the #1 best-selling author of 101 Dumb Financial Mistakes Business Owners Make and How to Avoid Them, Profit or Wealth?, The Courage to be Profitable, and The Ugly Truth about Cash.
One client story shaped the company’s mission: a business partnership Ruth began advising at $750,000 in revenue grew to $10 million in sales over 16 years and sold for $9 million in cash. Financially Fit Business was built to put that same disciplined financial statement analysis into software, so any business owner can get monthly insight into profitability, cash flow, and financial trends without needing a finance degree.
