What features does Financially Fit Business software offer?

Our software includes financial data analysis and 14 financial monthly and trailing trend graphs so that accountants, bookkeepers, financial advisors and business owners can see where the company is from a financial perspective. How much does Financially Fit Business Cost?

$299 to subscribe which includes on boarding and an initial review of the financial graphs. There are two choices for monthly investments:

Self Guided plan: $89 per month
Review your financial graphs at your own pace.
You’ll get access to step-by-step videos and written explanations to help you interpret your numbers with confidence.

Expert Guided plan: $249 per month
Get everything in the self-guided plan plus a 30-minute monthly review with a Financially Fit Business expert. Ask questions, gain clarity, and receive professional feedback on your financial performance.

There are no contracts. You can switch from the $249 to the $89 monthly investment (and vice versa) at any time. Click here to change.

What is the Certified Referral Program and how much does it cost?

The Certified Referral Program is for accountants, bookkeepers, and other financial advisors who pass a test that gauges the understanding of financial analysis.  Certified Referral Partners are listed on the website.  Companies looking for help can contact them.  There is a one time fee of $599 to take the test and become a Certified Referral Partner.

Can an accountant, bookkeeper, or other financial advisor use Financially Fit Business software without becoming a Certified Referral Partner?

Yes. There is no charge to subscribe as an accountant, bookkeeper, or financial advisor.  The fee is $299 to enroll each client and $89 per month per client. 

As an accountant, bookkeeper, or financial advisor, why do I have to enter my credit card information when I subscribe?

Your credit card is not charged until you add your first client.  Your credit card information is securely stored and you check a box to use it for your clients.  This saves you time having to enter your credit card information each time you add a client into the Financially Fit Business software.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties or additional charges. Simply click here to access your account and cancel your cubscription.

How do I change my subscription credit card?

To update the card used for your subscription:

  • Log in to the Financially Fit Portal.
  • Click Account.
  • Select the Subscription tab.
  • In the Payment Methods section, click Add New and enter your new card details.
  • Once added, click Action next to the new card and select Set as Main.

All future subscription charges will be processed on the new primary card.

Can I get my data back if I cancel?

Yes.  Simply download the data and graphs

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use advanced encryption and security measures to ensure your data is protected at all times.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?

No, our software is cloud-based, which means you can access it from any device with an internet connection without any installation.
